Introduction of Section Fare Validators for Citybus ("CTB") Route No. 73 (Cyberport – Stanley Village)

        Members of the public are advised that, CTB will introduce section fare validators for the first time at the following bus stops for passengers' convenience with effect from 15 March 2026 (Sunday). Passengers of CTB Route No. 73 (Cyberport - Stanley Village) departing from Cyberport can enjoy the relevant section fare on the newly installed section fare validators when alighting at the following bus stops:

        The above section fare is applicable to Octopus Card users or electronic payment ("e-payment") system users. Passengers are required to re-validate the same Octopus Card or same e-payment method at the above bus stops after alighting to enjoy the section fare.

        CTB has been offering section fares to designated road sections of its routes. Passengers can continue to enjoy the section fares via the Octopus Card readers or e-payment system devices inside bus compartment, or they can choose to enjoy the section fares from the newly installed section fare validators after alighting.

        Notices will be displayed by the bus company to inform passengers of the above arrangements. For details of the above scheme, please refer to the bus company's notice.
