Pursuant to the powers vested in me under section 12AAC(3) of the Road Tunnels (Government) Regulations (Chapter 368A), for the purpose of section 12AAC(1)(b), I hereby specify that with effect from 16 March 2026, the following means of payment for tolls payable for each occasion of use of a tunnel by a vehicle within 14 business days after the vehicle enters the tunnel on the occasion of use-
