MEANS OF PAYMENT FOR USE OF TOLL AREA OF TSING SHA CONTROL AREA UNDER BOOTHLESS MODE OPERATION

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under section 4A(3) of the Tsing Sha Control Area (Tolls, Fees and Charges) Regulation (Chapter 594B), for the purpose of section 4A(1)(b), I hereby specify that with effect from 16 March 2026, the following means of payment for tolls payable for each occasion of use of the toll area by a vehicle within 14 business days after the vehicle enters the toll area on the occasion of use-

• Cash
• Credit card (Mastercard, UnionPay (including UnionPay App) and Visa) and the associated mobile wallet (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Huawei Pay and Samsung Pay)
• Designated Stored-Value Account of HKeToll
• Faster Payment System
• Octopus
• PayMe
• WeChat Pay
• WeChat Pay HK
