TRAFFIC ADVICE
Special Traffic Arrangements for Ap Lei Chau Hung Shing Festival 2026

            Members of the public are advised that, to facilitate the holding of events for Ap Lei Chau Hung Shing Festival 2026, the following road sections will be intermittently closed to all vehicular traffic from 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm on 15 March 2026 (Sunday) and 1 April 2026 (Wednesday):

1. 1. Hung Shing Street;
   2. Main Street, Ap Lei Chau;
   3. Shan Ming Street;
   4. San Shi Street;
   5. Wai Fung Street;
   6. Wah Ting Street;
   7. Chengtu Road;
   8. Aberdeen Main Road,
   9. Old Main Street, Aberdeen; and
   10. Kwun Hoi Path.

            Adjustment of the above arrangement, or other ad-hoc traffic and public transport measures, including further closures of roads, traffic diversions, alterations and suspension of public transport services, will be implemented by the Police depending on the crowd and traffic condition in the areas. Members of the public are advised to avoid driving to the affected areas, use public transport services as far as possible and watch out for the latest traffic news through the media. In case of traffic congestion, motorists should exercise tolerance and patience, and follow the instructions of the Police.
