Members of the public are advised that to facilitate lift and pedestrian walkway system works, the following temporary traffic arrangements on San Wan Road, Fanling will be implemented from 8.00 a.m. on 23 March 2026 to 6.00 p.m. on 31 July 2026:

The slow lane of San Wan Road southbound from its junction with Fanling Station Road southbound to a point about 35 metres south of the same junction will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

All vehicles exceeding 10 metres in length on the access road of Cheung Wah Estate near Fanling Station will be temporarily prohibited from making left turn onto San Wan Road southbound.

Affected vehicles will be diverted via San Wan Road northbound and roundabout.

          Appropriate traffic aids will be erected on site to guide motorists. Motorists are advised to follow the instructions on site and drive in utmost care.
