TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT NOTICE
Temporary Traffic Arrangements on Heard Street, Wan Chai

   Notice is hereby given that to facilitate works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented on Heart Street from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm daily on Mondays to Fridays between 24 March 2026 and 24 April 2026 (except Public Holidays):

(a) Road Closure
The section of Heard Street between Wan Chai Road and Cross Lane will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

(b) Lane Conversation
The section of Wood Road near Cheong Chun Building will be temporarily converted from two-lane two-way traffic into one-lane two-way traffic.

(c) Turning Movement Arrangement
i. All vehicles will be prohibited from making right turn from Wood Road onto Heard Street; and
ii. All vehicles will be prohibited from making left turn from Cross Lane onto Heard Street.

     Appropriate traffic signs and road markings will be erected on site to guide motorists.
