Temporary Lanes Closure on Sha Tin Road and Sha Lek Highway, Sha Tin

        Motorists are advised that in order to facilitate road works, the following traffic lanes will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic during the following periods:

        From 09.00 pm to 10.59 pm on 2 April 2026

  1. The slow lane or fast lane of Sha Tin Road southbound from a point 365 metres north of its junction with Sha Lek Highway southbound to a point about 200 metres north of the same junction;
  2. The slow lane or fast lane of Sha Tin Road southbound from a point about 80 metres south of its junction with Sha Tin Wai Road southbound to a point about 140 metres south of the same junction; and
  3. The slow lane or fast lane of Sha Lek Highway southbound from a point about 500 metres north of its junction with Sha Tin Road southbound to a point about 185 metres north of the same junction.
        From 11.00 pm on 2 April 2026 to 01.59 am on 3 April 2026

  1. The rightmost lane of Sha Tin Road southbound from a point about 270 metres north of its junction with Sha Lek Highway southbound to a point about 710 metres south of the same junction; and
  2. The leftmost lane of Sha Lek Highway southbound from a point about 140 metres north of its junction with Sha Tin Road southbound to a point about 370 metres south of the same junction.

        From 02.00 am to 05.30 am on 3 April 2026

  1. The rightmost lane of Sha Tin Road southbound from a point about 270 metres north of its junction with Sha Lek Highway southbound to a point about 360 metres south of the same junction;
  2. The leftmost lane of Sha Lek Highway southbound from a point about 140 metres north of its junction with Sha Tin Road southbound to a point about 360 metres south of the same junction; and
  3. The leftmost lane of Sha Tin Road southbound from a point about 360 metres south of its junction with Sha Lek Highway southbound to a point about 730 metres south of the same junction.

        Motorists could still make access to the remaining traffic lane(s). Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
