TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT NOTICE
Temporary Traffic Arrangements in Central District

        Notice is hereby given that to facilitate works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented in Central District from 1.00 am to 5.00 am on 7 and 12 April 2026:

A.     Road and Lane Closure

The following road sections and traffic lanes will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic:

1. 1. 1. The section of Lung Wo Road between Man Yiu Street and Yiu Sing Street;
      2. The section of Man Yiu Street southbound between Yiu Sing Street and Lung Wo Road;
      3. The left and middle lanes of Lung Wo Road westbound near Yiu Sing Street;
      4. The rightmost and second rightmost lanes of Man Yiu Street southbound between Man Kwong Street and Yiu Sing Street;
      5. The rightmost lane of Man Po Street near Yiu Sing Street; and
      6. The second leftmost and second rightmost lanes of Man Cheung Street eastbound near Lung Wo Road.

B.     Traffic Diversion

1. 1. 1. Affected vehicles on Lung Wo Road westbound heading for Man Cheung Street westbound will be diverted via Yiu Sing Street westbound, Finance Street and Man Cheung Street eastbound;
      2. Affected vehicles on Lung Wo Road westbound heading for Man Kwong Street will be diverted via Yiu Sing Street westbound and Man Yiu Street northbound;
      3. Affected vehicles on Man Yiu Street southbound or Man Po Street heading for Lung Wo Road eastbound will be diverted via Yiu Sing Street eastbound;
      4. Affected vehicles on Man Cheung Street eastbound heading for Lung Wo Road eastbound will be diverted via Man Yiu Street northbound, roundabout, Man Yiu Street southbound and Yiu Sing Street eastbound; and
      5. Affected vehicles on Man Po Street heading for Man Cheung Street westbound will be diverted via Finance Street and Man Cheung Street eastbound.

C.     Suspension of Parking Spaces

All metered parking spaces on Lung Wo Road will be temporarily suspended.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be provided on-site to guide motorists.
