Motorists are advised that with effect from 10 am on 15 May 2026, the lay-by of Shing Chuen Road outside Transport City Building will be designated as night-time parking spaces for goods vehicles from 7 pm to 7 am of the following day daily.

        Appropriate traffic signs and road marking will be provided on site to guide motorists.
