Cyclists are advised that in order to facilitate the flood wall construction works, the cycle track along the western bank of the Shing Mun River Channel in Sha Tin between the area outside Sha Tin Jockey Club Swimming Pool near Sha Tin Rural Committee Road and the area outside Sha Tin Sports Ground near Fo Tan Road will be temporarily closed from 8.00 am on 23 July 2026 to 6.00 pm on 22 January 2027.

        During the closure of the cycle track, cyclists are required to use the cycle track along the eastern bank of the Shing Mun River Channel between Sha Tin Rural Committee Road and Fo Tan Road to reach their destinations.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide cyclists.
