In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that from 8.00 a.m. on 3 May 2026, the following road sections will be subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour:

1. Fung Ling Road from its junction with Fanling Bypass to its junction with Ma Sik Road;
2. On Kui Street from its junction with On Chuen Street to its junction with Sha Tau Kok Road – Lung Yeuk Tau; and
3. Sha Tau Kok Road – Lung Yeuk Tau southbound from its junction with the slip road of Fanling Bypass southbound to a point about 60 metres north of the same junction.

          Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
