ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
Temporary Restricted Zone on Fung Shing Street, Ngau Chi Wan

            In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations (Chapter 374G), I hereby direct that with effect from 8.00 am on 4 May 2026 to 6.00 pm on 1 June 2026, the section of Fung Shing Street from a point about 16 metres north of its junction with Ping Ting Road East to a point about 91 metres north of the same junction will be temporarily designated as a restricted zone from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm daily.

            Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner of Transport, will be prohibited from:

                 (a) picking up or setting down passengers; or

                 (b) loading or unloading goods.

           The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.
