ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATION (CHAPTER 374G)
Temporary Restricted Zones on Man Lai Road and Man Lam Road, Tai Wai

        In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations (Chapter 374G), I hereby direct that the following road sections will be temporarily designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:

        From 12.00 pm on 9 May 2026 to 5.30 am on 7 May 2028

1. the eastern kerbside lane of Man Lai Road near lamp pole no. N5017 from a point about 90 metres south of its junction with Man Lam Road to a point about 135 metres south of the same junction;
   
   
2. the southern kerbside lane of Man Lai Road near lamp pole no. N4043 from a point about 50 metres east of its junction with Man Lam Road to the same junction;
   
   
3. the northern kerbside lane of Man Lai Road near lamp pole no. N4041 from a point about 20 metres west of its junction with Man Lam Road to the same junction; and
   
   
4. the western kerbside lane of Man Lam Road near lamp pole no. N4041 from a point about 15 metres north of its junction with Man Lai Road to the same junction.

        From 9.00 pm on 9 May 2026 to 5.30 am on 7 May 2028

1. the southern kerbside lane of Man Lam Road near lamp pole no. N5012 from a point about 25 metres east of its junction with Mam Lai Road to the same junction; and
   
   
2. the eastern kerbside lane of Man Lai Road near lamp pole no. N5012 from a point about 30 metres south of its junction with Mam Lam Road to the same junction.

        From 3.00 am on 10 May 2026 to 5.30 am on 7 May 2028

1. the northern kerbside lane of Man Lam Road near lamp pole no. N5012 from a point about 30 metres east of its junction with Man Lai Road to the same junction;
   
   
2. the western kerbside lane of Man Lai Road near lamp pole no. N5012 from a point about 40 metres south of its junction with Man Lam Road to the same junction;
   
   
3. the western kerbside lane of Man Lai Road near lamp pole no. N5017 from a point about 90 metres south of its junction with Man Lam Road to a point about 125 metres south of the same junction;
   
   
4. the northern kerbside lane of Man Lai Road near lamp pole no. N4041 from a point about 50 metres east of its junction with Man Lam Road to the same junction; and
   
   
5. the eastern kerbside lane of Man Lam Road near lamp pole no. N4041 from a point about 20 metres north of its junction with Man Lai Road to the same junction.

        Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

1. picking up or setting down passengers; or
   
   
2. loading or unloading goods.

        The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.
