ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (Chapter 374G)

TEMPORARY RESTRICTED ZONES
ON AU PUI WAN STREET AND TAT YIP LANE, FO TAN

        In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 8.00 am on 8 May 2026 to 8.00 am on 14 August 2026, the following road sections will be temporarily designated as restricted zone 24 hours daily:

1. the section of Au Pui Wan Street between Kwei Tei Street and Tat Yip Lane; and
   
   
2. the section of Tat Yip Lane from its junction with Au Pui Wan Street to a point about 85 metres west of the same junction.

        Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

1. picking up or setting down passengers; or
   
   
2. loading or unloading goods.

        The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.

        At the same time, the existing restricted zone on the above sections will be temporarily rescinded.
