Motorists are advised that to facilitate underground cable laying works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented from 8.00 am on 8 May 2026 to 8.00 am on 14 August 2026:

        (a) Banning of Turning Movements

        The following turning movements will be temporarily prohibited:

1. Vehicles exceeding 7 metres in length are prohibited from making left-turn movements from Kwei Tei Street (eastbound) onto Au Pui Wan Street (northbound);
   
   
2. Vehicles exceeding 10 metres in length are prohibited from making right-turn movements from Kwei Tei Street (westbound) onto Au Pui Wan Street (northbound); and
   
   
3. All vehicles are prohibited from making right-turn movements from Tat Yip Lane onto Au Pui Wan Street (southbound).

        (b) Traffic Direction Arrangements

        The section of Au Pui Wan Street from its junction with Kwei Tei Street to its junction with Tat Yip Lane will be temporarily converted from a two-lane two-way carriageway to a single-lane northbound carriageway.

1. Affected vehicles along Kwei Tei Street and Tat Yip Lane heading to the International Industrial Centre will be diverted via Kwei Tei Street (eastbound) and Au Pui Wan Street (northbound);
   
   
2. Affected vehicles on Kwei Tei Street heading to Au Pui Wan Street (northbound) will be diverted via roundabout, Fo Tan Road (southbound), Sui Wo Road (eastbound) and Au Pui Wan Street (northbound);
   
   
3. Affected vehicles from the International Industrial Centre heading to Kwei Tei Street will be diverted via Tat Yip Lane (eastbound); and
   
   
4. Affected vehicles from the Wah Lai Industrial Centre to Kwei Tei Street will be diverted via Tat Yip Lane (eastbound).

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
