TRAFFIC ADVICE
Temporary Traffic Arrangements on Kei Yip Lane, Kwun Tong


       Motorists are advised that, to facilitate construction works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented from 1.00 am to 5.00 am daily on Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays) during the period from 18 May 2026 to 31 May 2026:-

  1. Road Closure

Kei Yip Lane of about 40 metres near Hoi Yuen Road will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

  1. Lane Closure

The slow lane of about 30 metres on Hoi Yuen Road near Kei Yip Lane will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

  1. Banning of Turning Movement

All motorists on Hoi Yuen Road will be temporarily prohibited from making right turn movement onto Kei Yip Lane.

  1. Traffic Diversion

Affected motorists on Hoi Yuen Road and Wai Yip Street westbound heading for Kei Yip Street southbound will be diverted via Wai Yip Street westbound, and Kei Yip Street southbound.

       Appropriate traffic signs and road markings will be erected on site to guide motorists.
