In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 8.00 am on 29 May 2026 to 6.00 pm on 31 July 2026, Shung Yan Street eastbound will be temporarily designated as a prohibited zone 24 hours daily for all motor vehicles exceeding 12 metres in length.

       Drivers of all motor vehicles, except those for access or those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from driving vehicles exceeding 12 metres in length into the above prohibited zone.

       The extent of the prohibited zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs.
