ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
PROHIBITED ZONE FOR ACCESS ROAD TO WESTERN HARBOUR CROSSING BUS-BUS INTERCHANGE

         In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 22 May 2026, the following road sections will be designated as prohibited zone 24 hours daily:

1. 1. The access road leading from Western Harbour Crossing Bus-bus Interchange Kowloon bound to West Kowloon Highway;
      
      
   2. The access road leading from Western Harbour Crossing Bus-bus Interchange Hong Kong bound to Western Harbour Crossing; and
      
      
   3. The section of West Kowloon Highway of its junction with Jordan Road westbound to West Kowloon Highway of its junction with Western Harbour Crossing Bus-bus Interchange Hong Kong bound.

          Drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from driving any vehicles into the above prohibited zone.

          The prohibited zones have been indicated by appropriate traffic signs.

          At the same time, the existing prohibited zones on the above road section will be rescinded.
