In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 26 May 2026 to 7.00 pm on 13 July 2026, the following road sections will be temporarily designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily: -

1. 1. the western kerbside lane of Shun Lee Tsuen Road from a point about 80 metres west of its junction with Hip Wo Street to a point about 200 metres west of the same junction; and
      
      
   2. the eastern kerbside lane of Shun Lee Tsuen Road from a point about 105 metres west of its junction with Hip Wo Street to a point about 190 metres west of the same junction.

        Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

            (a)  picking up or setting down passengers; or

            (b)  loading or unloading goods.

        The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.
