ROAD TRAFFIC ORDINANCE (Chapter 374)
TEMPORARY SPEED LIMIT ON FANLING HIGHWAY, NORTH DISTRICT

       In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 7.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. on 25 May 2026, the section of Fanling Highway eastbound from its junction with Pak Shek Au Elevated Road to a point about 2200 metres east of the same junction will be temporarily subject to the speed limit of 80 kilometres per hour.

       Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.

　   At the same time, the existing speed limit on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
