ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
RESTRICTED ZONES ON HEUNG YIP ROAD AND NAM LONG SHAN ROAD, WONG CHUK HANG

            In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 12 June 2026, the following road sections will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:-

    1. the northern kerbside lane of Heung Yip Road from a point about 270 metres west of its junction with Nam Long Shan Road to a point about 295 metres west of the same junction;
    2. the southern kerbside lane of Heung Yip Road from its junction with Nam Long Shan Road to a point about 375 metres west of the same junction; and
    3. the western kerbside lane of Nam Long Shan Road from its junction with Heung Yip Road to a point about 30 metres south of the same junction.

            Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:-

    1. picking up or setting down passengers; or
    2. loading or unloading goods.

            The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.

            At the same time, the existing restricted zones on the above road sections will be rescinded.
