Motorists are advised that to facilitate vehicular bridge construction works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented on Tsuen Wan Road during the periods as specified below:

(A)    From 0.15 am to 5.30 am on 21, 22, 24 June and 12 July 2026

(I)     Road Closure

The following road sections will be closed to all vehicular traffic:

• The middle and fast lane of the flyover section of Tsuen Wan Road eastbound from a point about 20 meters west of the lamp post number FC0349 to a point about the lamp post number FC0338;
• The middle and slow lane of the flyover section of Tsuen Wan Road eastbound from a point about 10 meters west of the lamp post number FC0341 to a point about the lamp post number FB8023;
• The slow lane of Hing Fong Road southbound from its junction with the slip road leading to Tsuen Wan Road eastbound to a point about 132 metres north of the same junction; and
• The fast lane of Kwai Tsing Road northbound from a point about 40 metres south of its junction with Tsuen Wan Road to a point about 120 metres south of the same junction.

(II)    Banning of Turning Movement

• All vehicles will be temporarily prohibited from making left turn from Hing Fong Road southbound onto the slip road leading to Tsuen Wan Road eastbound; and
• All vehicles will be temporarily prohibited from making right turn from Kwai Tsing Road northbound onto Tsuen Wan Road eastbound.

(III)   Traffic Diversion

• Affected vehicles on Hing Fong Road southbound heading for Tsuen Wan Road eastbound will be diverted to travel via Tsuen Wan Road westbound, Tsuen Tsing Interchange and Tsuen Wan Road eastbound; and
• Affected vehicles on Kwai Tsing Road northbound heading for Tsuen Wan Road eastbound will be diverted to travel via Tsuen Wan Road westbound, Tsuen Tsing Interchange and Tsuen Wan Road eastbound.

(IV)   Public Transport Arrangement

• City Bus Route Nos. 930 (Exhibition Centre Station bound) and N930 (Causeway Bay bound) will be diverted via Tsuen Wan Road (Westbound), Tsuen Tsing Interchange and Tsuen Wan Road (Eastbound) before resuming its original routing.

(B) From 0.01 am to 6.00 am on 23, 25 June and 12 July 2026

(I)     Road Closure

• The middle and fast lane of the flyover section of Tsuen Wan Road eastbound from a point about the lamp post number FC0344 to a point about the lamp post number FB8023.

        Motorists are advised to drive with utmost care and patience. Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. Public transport operators will display notices to advise passengers of the above temporary arrangements.
