In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulation, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 26 June 2026 to 6.00 p.m. on 30 November 2026, the road section of Hoi Fan Road between cul-de-sac of Hoi Fan Road and Hoi Fai Road will be temporarily designated as prohibited zone for vehicles exceeding 12 metres in length 24 hours daily (except for access).

           Drivers of all motor vehicles, except those for access or those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from driving vehicles exceeding 12 metres in length into the above temporary prohibited zone.

           The extent of the prohibited zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs.
