ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
RESTRICTED ZONE ON RECLAMATION STREET, YAU MA TEI

         In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 13 July 2026, the western kerbside lane of Reclamation Street from its junction with Waterloo Road to a point about 90 metres south of the same junction will be designated as restricted zone 24 hours daily.

         Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

            (a)  picking up or setting down passengers; or

            (b)  loading or unloading goods.

         The extent of the restricted zone has been indicated by appropriate road markings.

         At the same time, the restricted zone as gazetted on 9 June 2017 under G.N. 3822 will be rescinded.
