ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
TEMPORARY RESTRICTED ZONES IN WING KWONG STREET, TO KWA WAN

         In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 26 June 2026 to 6.00 pm on 25 August 2026, the following road sections will be temporarily designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:

1. 1. The western kerbside lane of Wing Kwong Street from a point about 20 metres north of its junction with Kai Ming Street to a point about 45 metres north of the same junction; and
      
      
   2. The eastern kerbside lane of Wing Kwong Street from a point about 20 metres north of its junction with Kai Ming Street to a point about 50 metres north of the same junction.

          Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

           (a) picking up or setting down passengers; or

           (b) loading or unloading goods.

         The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.
