In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374 sub. leg. G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 26 June 2026, the following road sections will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:

        (a) the cul-de-sac of Information Crescent from a point about 25 metres south of lamp post number 47900;
        (b) the eastern kerbside lane of Information Crescent from lamp post number 46857 to a point about 15 metres south of the same lamp post;
        (c) the southern kerbside lane of Cyberport Road from lamp post number 46855 to a point about 40 metres east of the same lamp post;
        (d) the western kerbside lane of Information Crescent from lamp post number 46857 to a point about 40 metres south of the same lamp post;
        (e) the southern kerbside lane of Cyberport Road from a point about 30 metres east of lamp post number 46804 to a point about 45 metres west of the same lamp post;
        (f) the southern kerbside lane of Cyberport Road from a point about 10 metres east of lamp post number 50518 to lamp post number 46800;
        (g) the southern kerbside lane of Cyberport Road from a point about 10 metres west of lamp post number 46800 to a point about 45 metres west of the same lamp post;
        (h) the southern kerbside lane of Cyberport Road from a point about 20 metres east of lamp post number 47910 to a point about 20 metres west of the same lamp post;
        (i) the northern kerbside lane of Cyberport Road from lamp post number 46802 to lamp post number 46803;
        (j) the northern kerbside lane of Cyberport Road from a point about 20 metres west of lamp post number 47009 to a point about 40 metres east of the same lamp post;
        (k) the western kerbside lane of Information Crescent from a point about 30 metres south of lamp post number 47072 to a point about 5 metres east of lamp post number 47071;
        (l) the western kerbside lane of Information Crescent from a point about 25 metres south of lamp post number 47074 to a point about 35 metres north of the same lamp post;
        (m) the eastern kerbside lane of Information Crescent from a point about 65 metres south of lamp post number 47073 to a point about 15 metres south of lamp post number 47076;
        (n) the eastern and western kerbside lanes of Kong Sin Wan Road from its junction with Information Crescent to a point about 10 metres north from lamp post number 49486;
        (o)the northern kerbside lane of Information Crescent from its junction with Kong Sin Wan Road to a point about 5 metres west of lamp post number 47081;
        (p) the northern kerbside lane of Information Crescent from its junction with Kong Sin Wan Road to a point about 5 metres west of lamp post number 47078;
        (q) the southern kerbside lane of Information Crescent from a point about 5 metres west of lamp post number 47081 to a point about 20 metres east of the same lamp post;
        (r) the southern kerbside lane of Information Crescent from a point about 5 metres west of lamp post number 49376 to a point about 40 metres east of the same lamp post;
        (s) the northern kerbside lane of Cyberport Road from a point about 20 metres east of lamp post number 47008 to a point about 35 metres west of the same lamp post;
        (t) the northern kerbside lane of Cyberport Road from a point about 50 metres east of lamp post number 49122 to a point about 5 metres east of the same lamp post;
        (u) the section of Information Crescent from a point about 10 metres south of lamp post number 49381 to a point about 85 metres north of the same lamp post;
        (v) the southern kerbside lane of Information Crescent from lamp post number 47078 to a point about 5 metres east of the same lamp post;
        (w) the cul-de-sac from a point about 5 metres south of lamp post number 44077 to a point about 15 metres south of lamp post number 44076;
        (x) the western kerbside lane of Sassoon Road from a point about 10 metres north of lamp post number 27616 to a point about 25 metres north of lamp post number 48019;
        (y) the southern kerbside lane of Northcote Close from a point about 10 metres west of lamp post number 46041 to its junction with Sassoon Road;
        (z) the eastern kerbside lane of Sassoon Road from its junction with Northcote Close to a point about 25 metres south of lamp post number 46040; and
        (aa) the eastern kerbside lane of an unnamed road from a point about 10 meters north of lamp post number 42977 to a point about 10 metres south of the same lamp post.

        Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

        (a) picking up or setting down passengers; or
        (b) loading or unloading goods.

        The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.

        At the same time, the existing restricted zones on the above road sections will be rescinded.
