In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374 sub. leg. G, I hereby direct that with effect from 9.00 p.m. on 29 June 2026 to 6.00 a.m. on 31 August 2026, the southern kerbside lane of San Wan Road from a point about 20 metres south of its junction with So Kwun Po Road to a point about 120 metres south of the same junction will be temporarily designated as a restricted zone 24 hours daily.

          Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

1. picking up or setting down passengers; or
2. loading or unloading goods.

          The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate road markings.
