Members of the public are advised that to facilitate cable trenching works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented on Kwai Luen Road during the periods specified below:

From 10.00 am to 4.00 pm daily during the period from 6 July 2026 to 11 July 2026

(I) Lane Conversion

• The section of Kwai Luen Road near Luen Hei House, Kwai Luen Estate will be temporarily converted into one-lane-two-way traffic.

From 10.00 am on 6 July 2026 to 4.00 pm on 11 July 2026

(II) Relocation of Bus and Green Minibus (GMB) stops

• The bus stops of KMB Route Nos. 34 (Kwai Shing (Central) bound), 37 (Kwai Shing (Central) bound), 37M (Kwai Shing (Central) bound), 38 (Ping Tin bound), 43D (Kwai Shing bound), 47X (both bound), N237 (Mei Foo bound) and CTB Route No. 930B (Causeway Bay bound) on Kwai Luen Road westbound opposite to Luen Hei House will be temporarily relocated about 124 metres eastward;
• The GMB stops of New Territories GMB Route No. 98 (Tsuen Wan bound) on Kwai Luen Road westbound opposite to Luen Hei House will be temporarily relocated about 124 metres eastward; and

• The GMB stops of N.T. GMB Route Nos. 89S (Kwai Fong bound) and 98 (Kwai Shing bound) on Kwai Luen Road eastbound outside Horizon Place and Luen Hei House will be temporarily relocated about 128 metres eastward and 38 metres eastward respectively.

Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide road users. Notices will be displayed to advise passengers of the above temporary arrangements.
