In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 8.00 am on 6 July 2026 to 6.00 pm on 31 August 2026, the eastern kerbside lane of the layby on Lei Muk Road southbound from a point about 38 metres north of its junction with Tung Chi Street to a point about 97 metres north of the same junction will be temporarily designated as restricted zone 24 hours daily.
Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:
The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.
At the same time, the existing restricted zone on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
