In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 16 July 2026, the following road sections will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:

1. 1. the section of Cheung Wah Street from a point about 20 metres south of its junction with Shun Ning Road to a point about 20 metres north of the same junction;
      
      
   2. the section of Shun Ning Road from a point about 25 metres east of its junction with Cheung Wah Street to a point about 20 metres west of the same junction;
      
      
   3. the northern kerbside lane of Shun Ning Road from a point about 25 metres east of its junction with Wing Hong Street to the same junction; and
      
      
   4. the southern kerbside lane of Shun Ning Road from a point about 20 metres east of its junction with Wing Hong Street to the same junction.

         Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

           (a)  picking up or setting down passengers; or

           (b)  loading or unloading goods.

        The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.

        At the same time, the existing restricted zones on the above road sections will be rescinded.
