TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT NOTICE
Temporary Traffic and Transport Arrangements on Lok Man Road, Chai Wan

        Notice is hereby given that, to facilitate water works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented on Lok Man Road near Tai Man Street, Chai Wan from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm daily on Mondays to Saturdays (except public holidays) from 15 July 2026 to 27 August 2026:

I. Temporary Traffic Arrangements

1) Road Closure

The section of Lok Man Road between Tai Man Street and Cheung Man Road will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic. 

2) Banning of Turning Movement

All vehicles on Tai Man Street eastbound will be prohibited from making left turn onto Lok Man Road northbound.

3) Traffic Diversion

Affected vehicles on Tai Man Street eastbound heading for Lok Man Road northbound will be diverted via Cheung Man Road.

II. Temporary Transport Arrangement

GMB Diversion

HKI GMB Route Nos. 47E and 48M services (Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital bound), and HKI GMB Route No. 65A service (Quarry Bay bound) on Tai Man Street eastbound heading for Lok Man Road northbound will be diverted via Cheung Man Road.

Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on-site to guide motorists.
