Members of the public are advised that to facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented on Ying Yip Road from 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. of the following day daily from 22 to 24 July 2026:

A.     Road Closure

The road section of Ying Yip Road northbound from its junction with Po Ning Road and Sheung Ning Road to a point about 50 metres north of its junction with Chap Fuk Road will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

B.     Banning of Turning Movement

1. 1. All vehicles on Po Ning Road eastbound will be prohibited from making left turn movement onto Ying Yip Road northbound;
   2. All vehicles on Sheung Ning Road northbound will be prohibited from going straight onto Ying Yip Road northbound; and
   3. All vehicles on Po Ning Road westbound will be prohibited from making right turn movement onto Ying Yip Road northbound.

C.     Traffic Diversion

1. 1. Affected vehicles on Po Ning Road eastbound heading for Ying Yip Road and Chap Fuk Road will be diverted via Po Ning Road eastbound, roundabout, Hang Hau Road northbound, roundabout, and Ying Yip Road southbound;
   2. Affected vehicles on Sheung Ning Road northbound heading for Ying Yip Road and Chap Fuk Road will be diverted via Po Ning Road eastbound, roundabout, Hang Hau Road northbound, roundabout, and Ying Yip Road southbound; and
   3. Affected vehicles on Po Ning Road westbound heading for Ying Yip Road and Chap Fuk Road will be diverted via Po Ning Road westbound, roundabout, Po Ning Road eastbound, roundabout, Hang Hau Road northbound, roundabout, and Ying Yip Road southbound.

D.     Public Transport Arrangements

The following temporary public transport arrangements will be implemented:

NT GMB Route No. 11S	Po Lam	via Sheung Ning Road northbound, Po Ning Road eastbound, Hang Hau Road northbound, and Ying Yip Road southbound.
NT GMB Route No. 11S	Choi Hung	via Po Ning Road eastbound, Hang Hau Road northbound, and Ying Yip Road southbound.

          Appropriate traffic signs and road markings will be erected on-site to guide motorists. The public transport operators will display notices to advise passengers of the above arrangements.
