Members of the public are advised that to facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented on Ying Yip Road, Tseung Kwan O from 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. of the following day daily on 25 and 26 July 2026:

A.     Road Closure

1. 1. The second lane of Ying Yip Road northbound from its junction with Chap Fuk Road to a point about 40 metres south of the same junction will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic; and
   2. The fast lane of Ying Yip Road southbound from a point about 70 meters south of its junction with Chap Fuk Road to a point about 100 meters north of the same junction will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

B.     Banning of Turning Movement

All vehicles on Ying Yip Road northbound will be prohibited from making right turn movement onto Chap Fuk Road.

C.     Traffic Diversion

Affected vehicles on Ying Yip Road northbound heading for Chap Fuk Road will be diverted via Ying Yip Road northbound, roundabout and Ying Yip Road southbound.

D.     Public Transport Arrangements

The following temporary public transport arrangements will be implemented:

NT GMB Route No. 11	Hang Hau Village	via Ying Yip road northbound, roundabout, and Ying Yip Road southbound.
NT GMB Route No. 11S	Po Lam	via Ying Yip road northbound, roundabout, and Ying Yip Road southbound.
NT GMB Route No. 11S	Choi Hung	via Ying Yip road northbound, roundabout, and Ying Yip Road southbound.

          Appropriate traffic signs and road markings will be erected on-site to guide motorists. The public transport operators will display notices to advise passengers of the above arrangements.
