In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374 sub. leg. G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 27 July 2026, Ma Tak Road, Fanling will be designated as a prohibited zone for public light buses (except public light buses (scheduled services)) 24 hours daily.

          Drivers of all public light buses, except public light buses (scheduled services) and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from driving public light buses (except public light buses (scheduled services)) into the above prohibited zone 24 hours daily.

          The extent of the prohibited zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs.
