In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 0.00 a.m. on 31 July 2026, the following sections of San Sham Road and Huanggang Port Building Hong Kong Port Area will be subject to the speed limits as described below:

(i)    the section of San Sham Road (northbound) from a point about 2350 metres north of its junction with San Tin Interchange to its junction with Huanggang Port Building will be subject to a speed limit of 30 kilometres per hour;
(ii)   the section of San Sham Road (southbound) from its junction with Huanggang Port Building to a point about 770 metres south of the same junction will be subject to a speed limit of 30 kilometres per hour; and
(iii)  all roads on Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 of Huanggang Port Building Hong Kong Port Area will be subject to a speed limit of 30 kilometres per hour.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected to guide motorists.
