In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 27(1) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 0.00 a.m. on 31 July 2026, the following road sections in San Sham Road and Huanggang Port Building Hong Kong Port Area will be closed to all motor vehicles 24 hours daily, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport:-

(i)    the northbound carriageway of San Sham Road;
(ii)   the southbound carriageway of San Sham Road; and
(iii)  all roads in the Huanggang Port Building Hong Kong Port Area.

　　The extent of the closed roads will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs.

　　At the same time, the existing closed road area on San Sham Road will be rescinded.
