TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT NOTICE
Temporary Traffic Arrangements in Central

        Notice is hereby given that to facilitate gas works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented in Central from 4.00 pm to 8.00 am of the following day on 25 July 2026 and 1 August 2026:

A.     Road Closure

The unnamed road between Chater Road and Connaught Road Central will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

B.     Traffic Diversion

Affected vehicles on Chater Road or Lambeth Walk heading for Connaught Road Central westbound or Club Street via the above unnamed road will be diverted via Murray Road, Queensway eastbound, Arsenal Street northbound, Harcourt Road westbound and Connaught Road Central westbound.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be provided on-site to guide motorists.
