ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
TEMPORARY RESTRICTED ZONE IN PAK TAI STREET, TO KWA WAN
In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 1 August 2026 to 6.00 pm on 31 January 2027, the western kerbside lane of Pak Tai Street from its junction with Sung Wong Toi Road to a point about 75 metres south of the same junction will be temporarily designated as restricted zone 24 hours daily.
Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:
(a) picking up or setting down passengers; or
(b) loading or unloading goods.
The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.
At the same time, the existing restricted zones on the above road sections will be temporarily rescinded.
