Temporary Traffic Arrangements
on Hoi Pa Street, Tsuen Wan

        Motorists are advised that to facilitate drainage works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented on Hoi Pa Street from 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. daily from 3 August to 30 October 2026 (except Public Holidays):

Lane Closure

Hoi Pa Street westbound from a point about 27 metres east of its junction with Kai Hong Close to a point about 78 metres east of the same junction will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

Lane Conversion

Hoi Pa Street eastbound from a point about 27 metres east of its junction with Kai Hong Close to a point about 78 metres east of the same junction will be temporarily converted to one-lane two-way traffic.

Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
