Members of the public are advised that to facilitate lifting works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented on Lam Hing Street from 11.00 pm on 15 August 2026 to 6.00 am on 16 August 2026:-

1. Traffic Diversion

The section of Lam Hing Street outside DCH Building will be temporarily converted from two-lane two-way traffic into one-lane two-way traffic.

2. Banning of Turning Movement

All vehicles exceeding 8 metres will be temporarily banned from making right turn from Lam Hing Street eastbound onto Wang Kwun Road southbound. Affected vehicles will be diverted via Lam Hing Street eastbound, Wang Hoi Road southbound, Lam Lee Street, Lam Hing Street westbound and Wang Kwun Road.

3. Suspension of Taxi Stand

The taxi stand on Lam Hing Street eastbound outside DCH Building will be suspended.

       Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
