In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 31 July 2026, the temporary speed limit of 30 kilometres per hour on the section of Tseung Kwan O – Lam Tin Tunnel eastbound from its tunnel tube entrance to the exit of its slip road towards Tseung Kwan O / Tseung Kwan O – Lam Tin Tunnel Road as gazetted on 29 May 2026 under G.N. 3151 will be rescinded.
