In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 6.00 pm on 1 August 2026 to 6.00 pm on 31 October 2026, the northern kerbside lane of Ko Fai Road from its junction with Tung Yuen Street to a point about 20 metres west of the same junction will be temporarily designated as a restricted zone 24 hours daily.

          Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from: -

            (a) picking up or setting down passengers; or

            (b) loading or unloading goods.

         The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate road markings.

         At the same time, the existing restricted zone on the above road sections will be temporarily rescinded.
