ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
Restricted Zones on Unnamed Road near Cha Kwo Ling Promenade, Kwun Tong


        In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 3.00 pm on 31 July 2026, the following road sections in
Kwun Tong will be designated as restricted zones:-

24 hours daily

  1. the northern kerbside lane of the unnamed road near Cha Kwo Ling Promenade from its junction with Wai Yip Street to a point about 40 metres west of the same junction;

  2. the northern kerbside lane of the unnamed road near Cha Kwo Ling Promenade from a point about 60 metres west of its junction with Wai Yip Street to a point about 90 metres west of the same junction; and

  3. the southern kerbside lane of the unnamed road near Cha Kwo Ling Promenade.

From 8.00 am to 10.00 am and 5.00 pm to 7.00 pm daily

  1. the northern kerbside lane of the unnamed road near Cha Kwo Ling Promenade from a point about 40 metres west of its junction with Wai Yip Street to a point about 60 metres west of the same junction.

        Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from: -

           (a) picking up or setting down passengers; or

           (b) loading or unloading goods.

         The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate traffic sings and road markings.
