In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 4.00 pm on 17 August 2026 to 5.30 am on 7 May 2028, the eastern kerbside lane of Man Lai Road (near lamp pole no. N5012) from a point about 30 metres south of its junction with Mam Lam Road to a point about 95 metres south of the same junction will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily.

        Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

1. picking up or setting down passengers; or
2. loading or unloading goods.

        The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.
