TRAFFIC ADVICE
Temporary Traffic and Transport Arrangement on Po Kong Village Road, Wong Tai Sin

       Members of the public are advised that to facilitate cable laying works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented on Po Kong Village Road from 10.00 am on 31 July 2026 to 6.00 pm on 31 August 2026: -

  1. Lane Closure

Part of the traffic lanes of Po Kong Village Road near Po Leung Lane will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

  1. Banning of Turning Movement
    1. All vehicles exceeding 10 metres in length from Po Kong Village Road westbound will be temporarily prohibited from making left turn movement onto the unnamed access road connecting Po Kong Village Road and Po Kong Village Road Park Car Park; and

    2. All vehicles exceeding 8 metres in length from the unnamed access road connecting Po Kong Village Road and Po Kong Village Road Park Car Park will be temporarily prohibited from making right turn movement onto Po Kong Village Road eastbound.
  1. Traffic Diversion
    1. Affected vehicles from Po Kong Village Road westbound heading for the unnamed access road connecting Po Kong Village Road and Po Kong Village Road Park Car Park will be temporarily diverted via Po Kong Village Road westbound, Fung Lai Road southbound, roundabout, Fung Lai Road northbound, Po Kong Village Road eastbound and the unnamed access road connecting Po Kong Village Road and Po Kong Village Road Park Car Park; and

    2. Affected vehicles from the unnamed access road connecting Po Kong Village Road and Po Kong Village Road Park Car Park heading for Po Kong Village Road eastbound will be temporarily diverted via Po Kong Village Road westbound, Fung Lai Road southbound, roundabout, Fung Lai Road northbound and Po Kong Village Road eastbound.

  1. Public Transport Arrangement

The bus stop for KMB route nos. 2F, 3B, 3D, 3X and N3D on Po Kong Village Road eastbound near Po Leung Kuk No. 1 W. H. Cheung College will be temporarily relocated about 40 meters westwards.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. The public transport operator will display notice to advise passengers of the above temporary arrangement.
