In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374 sub. Leg. G, I hereby direct that with effect from 14 August 2026 to 15 October 2026, Yan Shing Lane, Fanling will continue to be temporarily designated as a prohibited zone 24 hours daily for all motor vehicles exceeding 7 metres in length.

          Drivers of all motor vehicles, except for access and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from driving any vehicles exceeding 7 metres in length into the above prohibited zone.

          The extent of the above prohibited zone have been indicated by appropriate traffic signs.
