Traffic Advice
Temporary Traffic and Transport Arrangements on On Chee Road, Tai Po


        Members of the public are advised that to facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented on On Chee Road during the periods as specified below:

        (I)    From 10.00 pm on 14 August 2026 to 6.00 am on the following day


(a)    Lane Closure

The fast lane of On Chee Road eastbound between On Cheung Road and On Po Road will be temporarily closed.

(b)   Suspension of Bus Lane


The bus lane on On Chee Road eastbound from its junction with On Po Road to a point about 35 metres west of the same junction will be temporarily suspended.

        (II)   From 10.00 pm on 17 August 2026 to 6.00 am on the following day


(a)    Lane Conversion

The section of On Chee Road from a point about 40 metres west of its junction with On Po Road to a point about 70 metres south of the same junction will be temporarily converted from two-lane two-way traffic into one-lane two-way traffic.

(b)   Lane Closure

The slow lane of On Chee Road eastbound from a point about 15 metres west of its junction with On Po Road to a point about 55 west of the same junction will be temporarily closed.

(c)    Suspension of Taxi Stand


The urban taxi stand on On Chee Road southbound near Tai Po Centre will be temporarily suspended.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
