In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 11.00 p.m. to 6.00 a.m. on the following day daily on 11, 12, 13, 14, 18, 19, 20 and 21 August 2026, the section of Tsing Long Highway northbound from about chainage marker 23.3N to about chainage marker 23.8N will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected to guide motorists.

        At the same time, the temporary speed limit on the above road section as gazetted under G.N. 4394 dated 17 July 2026 will be rescinded during the above period.
