In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 p.m. to 6.00 a.m. of the following day daily on 11, 12, 13, 18, 19 and 20 August 2026, the following road sections will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour:

　　(i) the section of Tin Tsz Road southbound from a point about 300 metres north of its junction with Tin Fuk Road to the same junction; and
　　(ii) the section of Long Tin Road southbound from its junction with Tin Fuk Road to a point about 460 metres north of its junction with Tong Yan San Tsuen Interchange.

　　Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.

　　At the same time, the existing speed limit on the above road sections will be temporarily rescinded.
