Members of the public are advised that to facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented on Sau Mau Ping Road from 1.30 am to 5.30 am daily on 11, 12, 13, 18, 19 and 20 August 2026:-
The slip road leading from Tseung Kwan O Road northbound to Sau Mau Ping Road westbound will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.
Affected vehicles on Tseung Kwan O Road northbound heading to Sau Mau Ping Road westbound will be diverted via Tseung Kwan O Road northbound, slip road, Lin Tak Road southbound, roundabout near Pik Wan Road, Lin Tak Road northbound and Sau Mau Ping Road westbound.
KMB Route Nos. 93K (Po Lam bound), 98A (Hang Hau bound), 98C (Hang Hau bound), 213M (On Tai bound), 293S (Hang Hau bound) and XHT Route No. N691 (Tiu Keng Leng bound) will be diverted via Tseung Kwan O Road northbound, slip road, Lin Tak Road southbound, Tseung Kwan O Road southbound, Kai Tin Road southbound, Tak Tin Street eastbound, Lin Tak Road northbound and Sau Mau Ping Road westbound before resuming its original routings.
Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. The bus companies will put up notices to advise passengers of the above arrangements.
